General Otolaryngologist – Partnership Track

Minnesota ENT is a well-established, physician-owned ENT practice seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Otolaryngologist to join our team in the Twin Cities. This is a full-time position with a clear partnership track, as we are looking to replace a departing partner. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Practice

• 4-surgeon group with a strong, collegial team culture
• Three full-service clinic locations equipped with modern technology and in-office procedure capabilities
• Optional outreach clinic opportunities
• Two experienced midlevel providers and four audiologists supporting comprehensive ENT care
• Strong referral base and loyal patient population
• We offer a broad range of general ENT services with opportunities to pursue subspecialty interests

Call and Hospital Coverage

• Shared paid call schedule covering two local hospitals
• Call responsibilities are evenly distributed among physicians
• Excellent relationships with hospital staff and administration

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota
